装饰耐火板的制造工艺体现了现代复合材料的精密控制技术。其生产过程以进口原生木浆纸和精选牛皮纸为基础原料。装饰纸首先浸渍三聚氰胺树脂，赋予板材表面耐磨、耐刮、抗紫外线等特性；多层牛皮纸则浸渍酚醛树脂，构成板材的芯层结构。浸渍后的纸张经过烘干、按特定顺序排叠后，送入大型压力机中，在约150℃的高温与每平方英寸1430磅的高压下持续均衡施压一小时。这一高压热压成型过程使树脂充分渗透纸张纤维并发生交联固化反应，形成质地致密、性能稳定的板材。随后再经修边、砂磨、品质检验等步骤，终成为成品。
The manufacturing process of decorative refractory panels reflects the precision control technology of modern composite materials. The production process is based on imported virgin wood pulp paper and selected kraft paper as the basic raw materials. Decorative paper is first impregnated with melamine resin, endowing the surface of the board with characteristics such as wear resistance, scratch resistance, and UV resistance; Multilayer kraft paper is impregnated with phenolic resin to form the core structure of the board. After impregnation, the paper is dried and stacked in a specific order before being fed into a large press, where it is continuously pressurized at a high temperature of approximately 150 ℃ and a high pressure of 1430 pounds per square inch for one hour. This high-pressure hot pressing process allows the resin to fully penetrate the paper fibers and undergo cross-linking and curing reactions, forming a dense and stable board material. Subsequently, it undergoes steps such as trimming, sanding, and quality inspection to ultimately become the finished product.
装饰耐火板的性能优势源于其独特的层状结构。表层装饰纸经三聚氰胺树脂固化后形成坚硬致密的保护层，具有级高的耐磨性和耐刮性。在日常使用中，即使频繁接触和摩擦，表面也不易出现划痕。芯层酚醛树脂与牛皮纸的复合结构则赋予板材优异的抗冲击强度和耐热性能。同时，板材表面致密无孔隙，不易渗透污渍，日常清洁只需软布蘸取中性洗涤剂即可。在防火性能方面，装饰耐火板通常达到B1级难燃标准，部分银河系列更可达到耐燃一级标准，遇火时能有效延缓火焰蔓延。
